OUR TRAININGS
Info-Integration offers various training programmes for full-time staff working with people with a migrant background, volunteers involved in migration fields, and teachers.
The training programs can be customized and adjusted in content as needed.
1. ANTI-BIAS
This workshop focuses on raising awareness of prejudice and recognising and breaking down discriminatory structures. Participants learn to take a critical approach to social inequalities, power and privilege, and to actively fight discrimination.
The goal is to take responsibility for treating each other respectfully.
2. FIT FOR DIVERSITY
In this training course, participants learn how to communicate effectively with people from other cultures and avoid misunderstandings. Practical solutions are provided for challenges such as language barriers, excessive expectations and dealing with fears and demands.
The goal is to enhance intercultural competence and to promote respectful and constructive cooperation with newcomers.
3. INTRODUCTION TO BELGIAN MIGRATION LAW
This training introduces participants to the Belgian migration law and right of residence, providing them with a solid understanding of the various residence options and their associated social rights.
Additionally, it presents the different residence cards and provides practical knowledge to better support people with a migrant background.
